Specificity		This polyclonal antibody was raised against residues 273-425 of a bacterially expressed rat p75NTR. This sequence comprises the C-terminal intracellular domain. P75 plays a pivotal role in the regulation of life and death decisions within developing neurons.
Uses		This antibody is effective in immunoblotting and immunostaining.
Suggested Working Dilution		The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. Western blot: 1-2 ug/mL* Immunostaining: 1-5 ug/mL

Storage		Store at -20°C. Upon initial thawing, apportion into working aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to prevent denaturing the antibody. For long-term storage, keep the antibody at -80°C.
