  • Aliphatic hydrophobic interaction chromatography media made of highly cross-linked 90-μm agarose beads derivatized via uncharged, chemically stable ether linkages.
  • The butyl derivative is the standard aliphatic medium; the octyl derivative gives different and complementary selectivity.
