6-FAM azide is an excellent building block for developing fluoresceinated bioconjugates by reacting with an alkyne group. It is widely used for labeling oligonucleotides. 6-FAM is the purified single isomer of carboxyfluorescein.

使用方法

1.向烧杯中加入约800ml的去离子水，搅拌溶解。

2.加入5.71ml醋酸，充分搅拌。

3.加去离子水将溶液定容至1L后，室温保存。

保存条件

室温条件下，电泳缓冲液保存没有时间限制。如果低温保存缓冲液，可能会产生沉淀，不过可加热溶解。
