MITO FBS offers an integrated and flexible solution for bottles and caps as an effective and reliable low budget solution. This hood type bottle washer grants automatically the empting, the washing, the rinsing and the filling of 18 bottles each cycle. The system avoids to use external feeding bottle tables reducing the needed space.

Drinking water filtration unit. 3 water filtering batteries with cartridges for filtration from 10µ up to 0.2µ. Wall-mounted structure with pressure check device available. Carbon filter, UV light and auto-disinfection available.

MITO FBS washing systems compact Sequence with MITO FBS in line handling station   - Loading of the bottle crates. - Sequence of bottle rotation for empting, washing and rinsing.   - Sequence of bottle rotation for filling   - Unloading of the bottle crates. - The unloading of the bottle crates can b­e done from the unloading table or from the loading one’s reducing the need of space. - The upper level can be placed at two different water/air connections depending on the height of the loaded glassware. This machine can be used also to clean large bottles (20,50,60 lt.).
