通过特别研制的20孔便携样品盘，仪器可连续对20个样品进行拍摄和计数。对于每个样品，仪器最多支持拍摄6个视野，并自动计算细胞总数和细胞浓度。 样品盘的每个孔均为一次性使用，避免了传统细胞计数仪的进样模式需要用昂贵的试剂进行管路清洗，实际分析成本大大降低。 样品盘易于长时间保存，在样品较少时可以分多次使用，最大程度提高分析的灵活性。

ECI has developed automatic cell imaging counter, CYTORECON. Counting procedure is simple, just pipette the cell suspension through a port on each chamber on the disk and set the disk on CYTORECON. CYTORECON automatically films the cells in 1-6 fields, counts the total number of cells and calculates cell concentration. 1-20 samples in a disk can be treated at once.
