Helix L-羟脯氨酸检测试剂盒可特异检测组织,牛奶, 肉制品等中的羟脯氨酸或蛋白质/多肽水解产物,也可以用来检测其他生物样品如净化过的血清或尿液中的L-羟脯氨酸。试样经酸水解, 释放出L-羟脯氨酸,经氯胺T氧化,生成含有***环氧化物,用高**破坏过量的氯胺T,L-羟脯氨酸氧化物与二甲氨基***甲醛反应生成红色化合物,这种检测方法简单方便,显色结果在560nm有最大吸光值。试剂盒检测原理与目前农业部公布的标准检测方法相同,但操作更加简便,大大缩短了检测时间,5小时内即可完成检测。检测范围是2 5 p p m ~ 4 0 0 p p m ( 牛奶) ;125ppm~2000ppm(奶粉)。
