Mono P™ Columns
Technical Information
Mono P™ is based on the same matrix as Mono Q™ and Mono S™. The 10-μm MonoBeads particles are substituted with tertiary and quaternary amines and the small bead size contributes significantly to the high resolution that can be achieved.

Characterization of recombinant HIV-1 reverse transcriptase by chromatofocusing on Mono P™. Reproduced with the kind permission of the authors and publisher (1).
The longer, Mono P™ (5 × 200 mm) column gives higher resolution while the shorter, Mono P™ (5 × 50 mm) column gives faster separation.
