    The NanoAssemblr Platform encompasses Precision NanoSystems’ suite of products that provide seamless manufacturing of nanoparticles (liposomes, lipid nanoparticles, polymeric nanoparticles) from 25 μL to 25 L to support early stage discovery through production of clinical material. At its core lies microfluidic mixing technology that mediates bottom-up self-assembly for nanoparticle synthesis with reproducible results and low polydispersity. Tweaking parameters such as mixing ratios, flow rate and particle composition enables tuning for size, nanoparticle encapsulation efficiency and much more.

    The NanoAssemblr Benchtop is a formulation system that gives researchers reproducibility and ease-of-use for iterating on nanoparticle design and therapeutic delivery experiments.

    The NanoAssemblr Benchtop system is designed for rapid prototyping of novel nanoparticle formulations of 1 to 15mL, that would be difficult to make with alternative manufacturing methods.
