| Description | Rabbit Anti-ATG16L1 Recombinant Antibody (BA0150). This product is a rabbit antibody that recognizes ATG16L1. The antibody BA0150 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: WB, IHC-P. ATG16L1 is a component of a large protein complex essential for autophagy. Autophagy is the major intracellular degradation system delivering cytoplasmic components to lysosomes, and it accounts for degradation of most long-lived proteins and some organelles. Defects in this gene are a cause of susceptibility to inflammatory bowel disease type 10 (IBD10). Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
