| Description | A combination of three proteins: nitrated bovine superoxide dismutase (SOD) ~16kD, nitrated bovine serum albumin (BSA) ~66kD, and nitrated rabbit muscle myosin ~215kD. A dimer of SOD is occasionally observed at ~32kD. The proteins were nitrated using peroxynitrite. Protein Concentration: Nitrated-myosin ~10ug/ml; nitrated-BSA ~50ug/ml; nitrated-SOD ~10ug/ml. Total protein concentration: ~70ug/ml. Applications: Suitable for Western Blot. |
