| Description | The Signal Transducer And Activator Of Transcription 3 (STAT3) ELISA kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the in vitro quantitative measurement of STAT3 in human, mouse and rat tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 1.56-100ng/ml Sensitivity: <0.61ng/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of STAT3. 100% cross-reactivity was observed among human, mouse and rat. Precision: Intra-Assay: CV<10% Inter-Assay: CV<12% Test Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to STAT3. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to STAT3.
