Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Donkey IgG, anti-Donkey IgG F(ab')2 and anti-Donkey Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Donkey IgG F(c) or anti-Pepsin. |
