Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Paraformaldehyde fixation is recommended for immunohistochemical staining. Expect a band at ~130 kDa in size corresponding to Apaf1 by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. K562 cells can be used as a positive control. |
