| Description | This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Hemoglobin. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Hemoglobin and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, erythrocyte lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 1.17-300 ug/mL. Sensitivity: 0.42 ug/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Hemoglobin were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
