| Description | Anti-CD22 (clone 10F4)-AcBut-Calicheamicin ADC. This Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) product is comprised of an anti-CD22 monoclonal antibody (clone 10F4) conjugated via a AcBut linker to a Calicheamicin. The Calicheamicin is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, Calicheamicin binds to DNA, causes DNA damage. |
