Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. NBP1-71702 has also been successfully used for IP as reported by a customer review. Use in chromatin immunoprecipitation reported in scientific literature (PMID 27543448). In Simple Western only 10 - 15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point.
