| Description | Antibodies greater than 1mg/ml should be diluted to 1mg/ml using either milli-Q water or PBS. Antibodies less than 1mg/ml can still be used to generate good conjugates provided the maximum conjugation. Adding less than the recommended maximum amount of antibody may result in unbound label post conjugation. This kit is supplied with 3 vials, each suitable for labeling up to 15 ug of antibody. |
