| Description | Y-27632 is a novel and specific Rho-associated coiled-coil forming protein kinase (ROCK) inhibitor. Y-27632 had antinociceptive properties, possibly by inhibition of Rho-kinase. Y-27632 prevented intrahepatic metastasis of human hepatocellular carcinoma. It also prevents apoptosis and enhances the survival and cloning efficiency of dissociated hES cells without affecting their pluripotency.
