Description | A novel protein kinase D-interacting substrate of 220 kDa (Kidins220) or ARMS is the first identified Protein kinase D (PkDa), a serine/threonine kinase. Kidins220 is an integral membrane protein that is expressed in brain and neuroendocrine cells. Kidins220 is phsphorylated by PkDa at serine 919 in vivo. |
Immunogen | Kidins220 antibody was raised in rabbit using AA 1747-1762 [ASSESTGFGEERESIL] of the human 220 kDa Kidins220 protein as the immunogen. |
