| Description | Mouse anti Cyclin B1 [V152]: Fluorescein. This antibody recognises G2/mitotic-specific cyclin-B1, which is also known as CCNB. Cyclins bind to and regulate the activity of the Cyclin Dependent Protein Kinases (CDKs). Cyclin B1 is a marker of cell proliferation and a key component of the cell cycle progression machinery. The antibody V152 recognises an epitope within the C-terminal region of cyclin B1. |
