| Description | Product Specifications monoclonal mouse anti-ricin, RCA60 from Ricinus communis: Clones: CP23, CP37, CP75, RA122, RA287, RA519, RA999, RB127, RB257, RB363, RB691, RB732, RB944, RB999Specificity: Clones CP23, CP37, CP75, RA122, RA287, RA519 and RA999 recognize the A-chain of RCA60. Clones RB127, RB257, RB363, RB691, RB732, RB944 and RB999 recognize the B-chain of RCA60. The antibodies recognize also RCA120. The matched pair RA999 (coating) and RB999 (conjugate) has a detection limit for RCA60 of 100 pg/ml and shows no cross-reactivity for RCA120.Isotypes: IgG1 for Clones CP75, RA122, RA287, RA519, RA999, RB732, RB999: IgG2a for Clones CP37, RB257: IgG2b for Clones RB127, RB363, RB691, RB944: IgM for Clone CP23.Applications: Clones are working in ELISA.
