It contains AA Glu 36 - Phe 162 (Accession # NP_033973). This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 41.1 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 50-66 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 95-105 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE). |
