| Description | BACE2 Antibody LS-C355564. The antibody detects human beta-secretase 2 (BACE2). It has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects an ~58 kD protein representing BACE2 in endogenous and overexpressing HEK-293 cells. It also detects two unidentified bands at ~61 kD and ~80 kD. This sequence is completely conserved in mouse. |
