| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human VEGF Polyclonal. Detects ~24kDa and ~45kDa, endogenous level of total VEGFA protein. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1291 was sufficient for detection of VEGF in 10 µg of A431 cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
