| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human MBP Polyclonal. Detects ~19kDa and ~26kDa, endogenous level of total MBP(myelin basic protein) protein. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1301 was sufficient for detection of MBP in 10 µg of Brain cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
