| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human PTEN Polyclonal. Detects 47 kDa and 64 kDa. 47 kDa is isoform 1 and 64 kDa is isoform alpha. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-745 was sufficient for detection of HSP90 alpha/beta in 10 µg of human HeLa cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-llama IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
