| Description | Mouse Anti-Rat MMP9 Monoclonal IgG2a. Detecs ~92kDa and ~82kDa (pro and active forms). 1 µg/ml of SMC-396 was sufficient for detection of MMP9 in 20 µg of COS-1 cells (lysate) transfected with human MMP9 by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
