| Applications | Western Blot, Simple Western, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin. This SEMA3B antibody is useful for Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry paraffin embedded sections. In Western Blot, a band is seen at 50 kDa, representing the secreted form of the protein and also a faint band at 83 kDa, representing the pro-form of the protein. In ICC/IF, strong staining of endoplasmic reticulum and lighter signal in cytoplasm was observed in neuro2a cells. In IHC-P, staining was observed secreted, in the cytoplasm, and in the endoplasmic reticulum of mouse kidney tissue. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. In Simple Western only 10 - 15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point.
