Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 51 kDa band according to NP_542418.1 and the reported sizes of 65 to 70 kDa band from different sources. The 48 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. |
