This SLIRP antibody is useful for Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry paraffin embedded sections. In Western Blot, a band is seen 12 kDa representing the SLIRP protein. May see additional bands above 45 kDa. In ICC/IF, staining of the mitochondria was observed in U2OS cells. In IHC-P, cytoplasmic and mitochondrial staining was observed in mouse intestine tissue. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. |
