Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 30.5 kDa band according to NP_NP_000784.2 and of 34.6 kDa band according to NP_001007024.1. The 65-70 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC: An anonymous customer has reported cryo-sectioned mouse brain (hippocampus) shows staining in the granular layer of the dentate gyrus. |
