This HA95/AKAP8L antibody is useful for Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections. Use in Flow Cytometry reported in scientific literature (PMID: 16980585). In ICC/IF, nuclear staining was observed in HeLa cells. In Western Blot, a band can be seen at 95 kDa representing HA95/AKAP8L. In IHC-P, staining was observed in the nucleus, specifically the nucleoli of human ovarian cancer tissue. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. |
