| Applications | Peptide ELISA. WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 48 kDa band in mouse Fetal brain lysates and in lysates of NIH3T3 after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 67.4 kDa band according to human NP_004407.2 and of 68.2 kDa band according to mouse NP_032078.2. The 48 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. |
