Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 59.2 kDa band according to human NP_068711.1 and 54.6 kDa band according to mouse NP_032096.1. The 80 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. |
