| Description | MOUSE ANTI DESMOPLAKIN 1/2. This item reacts with desmoplakin 1 and 2 from stratified epithelia, simple epithelia including glands, urothelium, thymic reticular epithelium, hepatocytes, intercalated disks of myocardium and arachnoid cells of meninges. This antibody can be used for the detection of primary and metastatic carcinomas. This antibody has been shown to recognize the N terminus of the rod domain of DP, see Bornslaeger, E.A. et al. for details. |
