| Description | Caspase-3 Polyclonal Antibody. This antibody detects a 36kDa protein on HeLa Cell Lysate SDS-PAGE immunoblots corresponding to the molecular weight of caspase-3. In apoptotic cells this antibody also detects 20kDa and 18kDA proteins, corresponding to the processed forms of caspase-3. Upon induction of apoptosis a weak 30kDa band may be detected in some samples. This band is not caspase-3 as it is detected in caspase-3 free MCF7 cell lysates.
