Description | DAT(Sodium-dependent dopamine transporter)is an amine transporter. DAT terminates the action of dopamine by its high affinity sodium-dependent reuptake into presynaptic terminals. This protein is the target of psychomotor stimulants such as amphetamines or cocaine. It belongs to the sodium: neurotransmitter symporter (SNF) family. |
Immunogen | Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunizing with a synthetic peptide corresponding to N-terminal residues of human DAT(Sodium-dependent dopamine transporter) |
