| Description | Mouse anti PKC alpha [MC5]: Horseradish peroxidase (HRP). This antibody recognises protein kinase C alpha (PKC alpha). Protein Kinase C is a family of serine/threonine protein kinases that are activated by Ca2+, diacylglycerol and membrane phospholipids (phosphatidylserine). The antibody MC5 blocks partial proteolysis of PKC by trypsin in vitro. The antibody MC5 recognises an epitope within the variable region V3 of PKC alpha. |
