| Description | Mouse Anti-IGL Recombinant Antibody (CBYJL-045). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Immunoglobulin Lambda Locus (IGL). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, FC, WB. Immunoglobulins recognize foreign antigens and initiate immune responses such as the complement system and phagocytosis. Each immunoglobulin molecule is constituted by two identical heavy chains and two identical light chains. Kappa and lambda are two classes of light chains. This region represents the germline organization of the lambda light chain locus. The locus includes V (variable), J (joining), and C (constant) segments.
