| Description | RABBIT ANTI GSK3 BETA (pSer9). This item recognises glycogen synthase 3 (GSK3) beta phosphorylated at serine 9. This is a 46 kDa member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family. Two isforms of GSK3 exist, alpha and beta. GSK3 beta is expressed in the testis, thymus, prostate, and ovary as well as being expressed at low levels in lung, brain and kidney tissue.GSK3 beta is involved in many signalling pathways including energy metabolism, body pattern formation and microtubule growth |
