EB05916 may detect the isoform A1A5D2 (UniProtKB) with a molecular weight of 81.4 kDa band which is similar in amino acid sequence to NP_443180.2 however lacking aa729-1268. Please note that currently we cannot find a precise explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 121 kDa band according to NP_443180.2. The 75 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human brain shows cytoplasm staining of Purkinje cells in cerebellum. |
