| Applications | Peptide ELISA. WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 80 kDa band in human brain (cerebellum) and in mouse brain and rat brain lysates after 0.02 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 144 kDa band according to NP_000827.2. The 80 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. |
