It contains AA Gln 25 - Met 557 (Accession # NP_057906). This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 87.2 kDa. GP3-M5254 may be cleaved into secrete GPC3, short propeptide (aa ?-557) & Fc tag, long propeptide (aa 358-557 predicted) & Fc tag.
