Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 12.5 kDa band according to NP_002986.1 and 12.6 kDa band according to 003166.1. The 80 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. |
