The 30kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Liver shows textured cytoplam staining in hepatocytes. Flow Cytometry: Exclusively staining of HepG2 when mixed with Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes. |
