A working dilution of 1:1,000 - 1:5,400 is suggested for this product. An investigator has reported that this antibody works very well on sections of mouse embryonic pancreas tissue, specifically staining developing exocrine cells. The investigator stained frozen sections cut from fixed tissue . The detection of antigen in paraffin-embedded samples remains undetermined. |
