| Host Species | Goat |
| Reactive Species | human |
| Isotype | n/a |
| Format | immunogen affinity purified |
| Size | 0.1 mg |
| Concentration | 0.5 mg/ml |
| Applications | Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Peptide ELISA. WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 60 kDa band in human kidney lysates after 0.1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 37.7 kDa band according to NP_000443.1. The 60 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human small intestine shows staining of cells in the laminia propria between the intestinal vili. |
