Clone HV23 is a potent inhibitor of integrin-mediated cell adhesion to vitronectin and a moderate inhibitor of PAI-1 binding. Clone HV23 also binds to vitronectin in ELISA when vitronectin is coated directly onto the microtiter well. In Western blotting a dilution guideline of 1/50 and 1/200 has proved successful . |
