By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with human F(ab')2. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Less than 1% cross reactivity to mouse and rat IgG was detected. This antibody may cross react with F(ab')2 from other species. Suggested starting dilutions are: ELISA: Coating: 1:100 - 1:500, Primary: 1:1000 - 1:30000. Western Blots: Colorimetric: 1:1000 - 1:10000, Chemiluminescent: 1:1000 - 1:30000 |
