Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 70kDa band in Human, Mouse and Rat Liver lysates after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated sizes of 105 to 107kDa according to NP_002561.1, NP_612192.1, NP_612193.1 and NP_612194.1. The 70kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC: Paraffin embedded Human Testis and Skeletal Muscle. |
